Hi!  I’m Jillian and I’m 21 years old.  Over the past two years, I have been falling in love with the world of proper nutrition and fitness.  My motivation to reach optimal health was mainly to cure my acne.  Along the way, I have lost around 30 pounds, no longer need mid-day naps, have a vast amount of confidence, and have a completely new outlook on life.  I strive to be as healthy as I can be and wish to help others along the way as best I can.

Living in this society, it is very difficult to truly be “healthy”.  There are so many outlets that swear by their methods.  The media is constantly telling us what is good and bad for our bodies.  It is unfortunate that we have to do a large amount of research just to make sure what we put into our bodies won’t cause us harm.  Turns out, most of what us consumers buy on store shelves are toxic!

Much of what we have learned to be the truth, turns out to be far from it.  From weight loss, to the low calorie obession, to beauty, to dieting, we are doing it all wrong.  It’s time to go back to the basics.  It is actually not as hard as some people make it out to be.  The answers are very simple!

My main goal is to educate people on the truth of truly being “healthy”.  As I learn more about these topics, I will share it all with you.  I hope you enjoy my blog and all that it has to offer.
